  2. To use The Lost  Trail program, simply copy all the files in the 
  3. distribution archive to a directory that Windows can locate. After 
  4. this is done, use the Program Managers NEW command to add a new program 
  5. item. This program can also be executed from the File Manager by 
  6. pointing the LOSTRL.EXE file.

  8. The goals and other program documentation can be found under the HELP 
  9. menu once the program is executed.  The help for this program is 
  10. similar to most other Windows programs.

  15. The use of "The Lost Trail" is subject to the following terms 
  16. and conditions:

  18. "The Lost Trail" is copyrighted material. It is protected by the 
  19. copyright laws of  the United States. You may not make any changes 
  20. or modifications to  "The Lost Trail." You may not disassemble, or 
  21. otherwise reverse-engineer the software in any way.

  23. You may use "The Lost Trail" on a trial basis provided you do not 
  24. violate the protection afforded the licensed software by the copyright 
  25. laws, and you agree to the terms of the license agreement. If you 
  26. continue to use "The Lost Trail" past a 15 day evaluation period you 
  27. are obligated to purchase a license for its use.

  29. Asymptote Software, its owners or employees provide no guarantee, 
  30. written or implied about the usefulness of this software for any 
  31. specific purpose. The user is responsible for any and all losses 
  32. that might result from the use of "The Lost Trail" program.

  34. When the registration fee is received with a valid name and address, 
  35. a user ID and password will be mailed to the supplied address. This
  36. user ID and password will also allow access to the puzzle solution.
